Astoria Chef Cory Kobrinski and Guest Chef Jacob Hough of Barcelona (Columbus, OH) team up to lead guests on a tour of the cuisines and sherries of Spain’s Andalucia region. Canape and cocktail hour followed by six courses, each paired with a unique sherry. Sample smoked octopus, marinated artichokes and prawns, tea-smoked lamb chops, Spanish flat bread, wild mushroom and goat cheese timbale, and Spanish almond cake.
